I got a new handset and did a restore on it, since then email hasn't been working, it's like it is frozen so i went to the email set up and this message came up:
'A new blackberry device has been detected. You must move email account(s) to recieve email on this device. Email delivery to your old device has been stopped'
Underneath this you get two options 'move email account' or 'close'
When I click on 'move email account' I get the following message: 'The returned page had no content type, and therefore cannot be processed'. I think this may be because I wiped the old handset that I sent back?
I cannot get any other options but this one, so cannot open a new email account or close that one, it's stuck.

Either go onto Orange's BIS website and change your PIN, or call Orange up and tell them to change your PIN... it appears they still had your old device number in their system.
