Dead curve - Can i recover contacts?

So I dropped by blackberry curve in my drink last weekend, and it hasnt turned on since. I already bought a new phone, so I don't care about the actual blackberry, but is there any way i can extract my contacts? I lost too many numbers and its hard to start over.

If the device will not turn on at all, then there is no way to "extract" the data.

Do you have the device backed up anywhere? Synced to a computer? Google Sync? BlackBerry Protect? SmrtGuard?
