curve wont startup anymore

heya,

recently im back from my holiday and when i was there my bb just gave up.
i was filming in a moisty area, and i think it suffered abit from that, because that evening when we were back in the hotel, it start to act weird.

my lock button, when i clicked on it, it gave me like 'MD' or something instead of locking the phone.

my stop call button, start to be a 'k' instead.
etc etc

so i pulled out the battery, putted it back in and the only thing it did was:
the LED flashed 2 times, then 3 and rinse and repeat.

when i was back into my own house at home, i tried if my pc would recognise the bb, with and without battery. unfortunately not
nor did JL_Cmder work or apploader with and without /nojvm

does anyone have a idea on what to do next?

You can try to re-install the OS it may help.

but how can i restore, if the pc doesnt recognize the bb?
ive tried the loader already, but it doesnt show me any COM port, nor the unknown bbpin
