If u have already got your confirmation meaning your status is that your order is shipped go to tmo.com or ups and ur phone number is ur tracking number. If it hasent been shipped call tmo and tell them u want order status it will ask for the last 4 of ur social then give u an automated update of ur order status. Hope this helps

I think I will just wait until the 11th. I don't know if I trust any of the unlocked phones.

The ones that are preordered from tmo aren't unlocked they are straight from the factory tmo blackberry curve 8900 for tmo customers. Don't worry if you order it from tmo u will be safe.

You could always call up and tell them you want to migrate over, but want to do it now if they will give you the 8900 early. You could even threat that you will just go get the Bold on ATT if they dont do it now.

Some members have been successful in starting a new account and still get the 8900. Just call them and tell them u want tmo now but u don't want to wait for feb to get the 8900. They will probably sell it to u to get u as a customer

I'm not sure what makes an unlocked phone trustworthy or not? I use an unlocked phone on a daily basis, so do a lot of the Crackberry community.

So has anyone received their phone, or a tracking number, or something that says Tmobile actually shipped the phones?

Default Didn't work for me

Hi fellow crackberry addicts!

I added the FU code to my account (THANK YOU ALL for that amazing 10% off tip!) and have now called 7 times and talked to 7 CSR reps. Most were nice but all told me that it is not available until Feb 11th. I have tried the corp line, 611 and also the 800-tmobile number.

It sucks as my 8320 has a messed up face....

Any advice on how to get it done? The CSR Roulette game is not working out for me.

This post has really worried me to be honest, because...correct me if im wrong here. But has anyone, anyone at all been able to track any shipping information with their 8900? I ordered yesterday around 5, still no txt or any shipping info available.

Default Omg say it isn't so!

They are cancelling orders by non business memebers!? Can they do that? I ordered my phone and I want it! They shouldent say ur approved and then decide that they aren't shipping you one! I was wondering why I haven't gotten a confirmation email yet.

Okay, I thought I read somewhere on here that some of the unlocked phones were the initial phase phones which still had some problems and they didn't allow for some features. I guess I am mistaken on that point. Can you recommend a good company/person to go to if I wanted an unlocked 8900?

Before the phone was officially release this may have been true but not any longer as longer. As long as you are careful with the merchant with which you do business for the phone then you should be ok. I ordered my phone from SN Traders. Here is a thread that I posted last week on the topic, I just received my phone today and I will be adding another post to that thread later to describe my experience with them. Mobile 604 was also a close contender when I was deciding where to purchase. You can always check E-bay also or the Marketplace Forum here at Crackberry.
