    Default connection settings.

    Guys & gals,

    Just a quick one, due to go abroad soon and the cost of data use abroad is high, is it possible
    to sync mailbox etc. Over a wifi connection?

    Can't speak for BIS but I used GMAIL app & worked great. I was worried about int'l roaming in countries I visited that had the frequency that 8900 understood so I went into network settings & changed to "Wifi only" just to make sure. Voice worked great too when connected to AP.

    I'm also using gmailn I guess the easiest way will be to download the gmail app and log on from there,
    Still think you should be able to sync bb mailboxes over wifi...

    You can get your mail over UMA and that is also supposed to work Internationally on T-mobile with no problemsi. For more information on UMA, check this out:
