i have chines blackberry one simcard with reload software please i need solution and software on how to solve this problem. Thanks in advance.

first off, wtf is a chines blackberry? since the device says reload software, you can go onto the blackberry site and download the latest official OS from your carrier and you can use DM to install it on the phone. or you can download the latest official release for the 8900 (sticky thread at the top of the forum) and install it by following the proper upgrading procedures found on this site in the Blackberry 101 series FAQ thread.
