Default Can't Detect WiFi

I recently bought a used 8900 from eBay and I was doing great with it. I wiped it, installed .1067 and BBTweaks Hybrid. Removed the IT Policy which annoying keeps on asking me a password everytime I unlock the phone.

So everything was running smoothly, up until I tried setting up my WiFi. The problem is that it can't detect my WiFi connection which is weird cause my other phone (Nokia C3 and Blackberry 9700) could detect it.

I wonder if it has something to do with the OS or the Hybrid. Please help.
