Can't change Default browser configuration.

Hi everyone!
My main problem is the "This is a WiFi service..." error when I try to view a YouTube video while NOT on a WiFi connection.I can browse the site just fine and even view them when I'm on a WiFi connection.
Also this is the only video sharing site that doesn't want to play.

Now, I've found the answer to the problem above.
A lot of ppl said "Hey, you probably have Hotspot as your Default browser configuration setting.Just change the setting to Internet browser."

And I do have Hotspot selected, but my problem is that it's the only setting I have.I can't change it.Why?

please check your blackberry data plan, some operators may not include Internet Browsing in some plans.
