    Hi Guys -

    Big problem. I plug in my USB from my BB to my PC and nothing happens. Was on the phone with Rogers Tech support for over an hour. And at the end they said they couldn't help me.

    Your expertise is appreciated.

    - The phone charges when USB is plugged in.
    - BB running v5.0.0.509
    - DM is the latest from the RIM website

    I've tried
    - Clean re-install of DM

    Try to see if it's working on another PC first... (if yes then you know where the problem is) let us know..
