Default calendar & email issues

I'm about to chuck my berry across the room.

Emails not coming in, cannnot edit calendar entries or else I get stuck in that entry and cannot save or close.

Tried several battery pulls. Checked the email and default services settings.

I have stuff to do!!

Any suggestions to the problem?

Solace, maybe try sending your service books. Setup > Setup Wizard > Email Setup. Follow the first 2 screens, then choose Service Books > Send Service Books.

I've had this 8900 since end of january.
No probs with emails til I upgraded to .199. Went back to .168 this morning.
Biggest problem is calendar- if I try to edit an entry, I can't save or close.
Then when I go back into calendar, its stuck on that same entry and there's no getting out of it!

Did you resend your service book yet?

You can also log into TMO's website and send it from there if having your phone request it does not work.

Service books were sent after I downgraded this morning- everything worked fine until about an hour ago.

Are you using a theme other than the two Precision themes? If so, switch to a Precision theme and then switch back to the them you want to use.

my email goes in and out- my personal email accts work fine- my work email though.. we just changed hosting companies, so I figure that has something to do with it.

I'm getting fed up with the calendar issue- I cannot get out of this one entry I was trying to edit. no save, no close.. can hit the red end button to close out of it, but when I open my calendar again, it's right back in that same entry and I can't go anywhere else in my calendar. and I'm using the calendar on my BB.

looking up "proper wipe-out and reload" procedure.

That might have EVERYTHING to do with it... why don't you either contact this hosting company and find out if THEY are having issues, or contact you IT staff and have them talk to this hosting company.

lmao I am the IT staff

emails come in fine thru Outlook on a computer- just handy to get them on my BB.. and right now, they're random.
