First, open your Browser... Menu > Options > Cache Operations > clear everything.

Next, while you are in the Options, go into General Properties... what is your Default Browser set to??? And are you trying to use this over EDGE or Wifi???

Do a Battery Pull: Leave your device on, pull the battery for 20 seconds, put the battery back in and wait to boot up.

By the way, did you do the first step first, or do you just want to skip that???

That was almost too quick... are you sure you followed the directions I gave on doing a battery pull???

And here is a second question: Did you try to go into General Properties???

How about logging into Rogers BIS website and resending your service books, and if that doesn't work and you get the same msg then you should call Rogers and tell what that message said... it appears that Rogers is blocking something on your device.

Well then substitute the word Fido for Rogers... it does not matter who your provider is... log onto their BIS server and resend your service books... if that does not work then call them... they can resend your service books... or figure out what your issue is.

By the way, you might want to update your profile so it says you are with Fido and not Rogers... but don't let that distract you from doing what I said above ^^^^^

Last statement: Call Fido and they can resend your service books... if that does not fix it you have them on the phone and you can ask them about the issue.
