BlackBerry won't play WMV

hello, all.

i got a problem with my 8900. recently, i downloaded a video from youtube using youtube downloader on my computer. after it is done, i convert the file from FLV to WMV. after conversion i transfered it to my bb. when i want to watch it, it says:

"The video portion of the media being played uses an unsupported format"

It's weird, since i knew that 8900 can play WMV

i think is because you have whats app installed it happend to me delete it and reboot your phone, also it can be because uber twitter.
