Default Blackberry from AT&T jailbreak/flash to Boost Mobile?

Hey guys I'm new to blackberry's but I currently have a blackberry curve 8900 with AT&T as my service provider. I was wondering if anyone knew how to jail break/flash the blackberry to where I may use it on Boost Mobile since they offer a far cheaper price for service... Can anyone help me out or point me in the right direction...?

Boost uses iDen and CDMA devices, incompatible with AT&T's GSM devices. You might look to see if someone would give you credit or swap for a device you can use on Boost, though.

Ask AT&T for an unlock code. Tell them you are traveling out of the country. It does not matter if you are not. They should provide an unlock code free of charge if you have had your phone for a while.

If you cannot get the unlock code from AT&T, there are several reputable unlockers who post in the unlocking forum. One of them will be able to get you an unlock code for a small fee.

Once your phone is unlocked, you can switch to T-Mobile.

You can use Blackberry unlocking services to unlock your Blackberry and then use it with GSM sim cards if you want to switch it from At&t but CDMA carrier won't work with GSM phones.
