Exclamation BB Messenger Indicator stuck
Hey guys I'm a new BB user just got it last week.
Best phone I ever had!

But last night something happend and now the BB messenger indicator keeps showing noone is msging me and the LED light doesn't show.
Anyone know what the problem is?

You need to do the famous Battery pull and that should correct your problem.

It's not "famous", it's infamous!!! But yes, the battery pull will clear it out.

What do you mean that it shows that no one is messaging you? If no one is
messaging you then you wouldn't get any notification let alone an LED light.

I think the OP meant that they're not getting any new BBM messages that would normally give you a notification.

Well if the OP is actually getting an icon on the homescreen, but isn't getting
the audible notification or the LED light, then the OP might have the status
on BBM set to "unavailable"

If you're set to unavailable then you won't get BBM notifications no matter how
they're set.

Well that's what I'm saying. What the OP has is a stuck indicator, not a new message. Hence the notification but no new messages.
