bb identity installation failure (80003)

I upgraded app world and the I'd installation keeps on failing!! Please help me !!

Delete the current AW version, and click this link from your phone:

Here is the solution: Turn off your radio and turn on wi-fi only. Once connected to wi-fi, open app world and then do the identity update. Once complete, reboot and all will be normal.

I have the exact same problem. And I assume it might be connected to me not being able to send emails from my phone now. I did as suggested and deleted my app world & followed the link given & re-installed it (I already did this 4 times previously) and the problem still persists!!!! "Identity installation failed (80003).

Should I just delete my blackberry identity as I did my app world and then go into app world & maybe it will work? Or will I be stuffed?

No a bad idea deleting BBID. I've had an instance where it was the cause of issues.

I deleted my bb identity and the problem with app world is still there...

U dnt say how long u ve been struggling with this,bt try this. Leave appworld 4 3-4 weeks nd try again,mine worked after 3 weeks,with the new id install

I hd the same prob,started about 4 weeks ago,today I did what everybody did previously on appworld,nd my I'd update worked,so try again!

i updated my blackberry like 1 week ago and my app world has the same problem with that identity thing . I saw that i have to turn my radio off and try it on WIFI only but when i do that it says that i dont have enough coverage .. so is it actually imposible for me to have my app world working? I really dont know what to do anymore and i just deleted my app world and downloaded it again ... i really need help

go to options click on advance options go to TCP/IP enable IPN under that is apn next to that type in Internet and save it it will then work email me on keitharthurstroud@gmail.com
