BB 8900curve keypad not responding

two days ago my infant baby daughter got hold of my BB. She must have pressed some keys. I say thatbecause when i took the phone back from her, there was message on screen " One time phon call". I tried to press some buttons but it was falshing totally different characters.
I pulld out the battery and put it back. This i did for many times but didn't work.
I can see someone calling me but unable to accept call nor am i able to do anything. I have taken backup of my data but not a single key works. Tha tracball moves the curser but it doesnt do anything when I press it.
is it that she pressed some button which disabled the keypad COMPLETELY..!!?
PLEASE HELP.
