bb 8900 reboot loop after 5 seconds after inserting battery

plz help..bb 8900 keeps rebooting aftr 5 seconds when the battery is inserted.bt it gets out of the loop once the charger is plugged or when it is connected to the computer...once turned on it shows no problem..any 1 pls help...is it d os error? i tried re installing different versions of OS ..bt still it shows the same....it doesnt connect with jl_cmnder or MCP..
