bb 8900 problem

i have a 8900 and i need to know whats happening, i cleaned keyboard on the inside, i updated the software os, but there is no key response, i click on the trackball and it does nothing, i click on any letter in keyboard and still nothing, no scrolling with trackball, no locking or going to silence mode with mute key, anything, so if u know anything, please help
