I wanted a client management system that would sync with Outlook AND would allow the creation of Tasks and Meetings directly from the contact record AND prepopulate the name of the contact rather than having to enter it on the subject line AND to create an automatic Joural entry in the contacts folder
. Is there a different app or will Pocket Informant do these things.

Be sure and use the trial of Pocket Informant before purchasing. I found it to be buggy and have a poor UI. Definitely not worth the money.
