8900 call failed

i have ma 8900 when i try to call its give me error for call failed and no even incoming to ma phone its show the phone powered off
any one tell me how to fix that

I would guess something like: go to "Manage Connections" and switch on "Mobile Network".

i know that without network the will not make but its failed the call with mobile network

OK, next steps then.

1. Check if the SIM card is inserted properly
2. Check if the SIM card works in another phone
3. Check if your BB works with a SIM card from another phone

If you find the SIM card defective, call your carrier's customer care to have your SIM card replaced.

If you find there is no problem with the SIM card, call your carrier's customer care to check for service barrings.

ma sim is okay but when i put another sim its not show the any network and say on display
phone not allowed mm6
actully ma set is not lock with any carrier its fully unlock device thats y i can change with many sims

Do you have the latest OS on the phone?

Nice one, if you did upgrade to OS 5.0.xxx, something probably went very wrong and you had better revert to OS 4.6!

Otherwise, if you are sure the SIM card is OK, proceed with the next steps.

1. Remove any suspicious software you may have recently installed
2. Disconnect USB cable, earphone and charging cradle
3. Switch off bluetooth and wifi in the connections screen
4. Make sure the battery is fully charged
5. Activate the factory theme
6. Now, reset the BB (battery pull) so that it starts up as clean as possible.

If it still does not work, return it to the shop where you bought it and have it replaced...

i even update its firmware but its still and i got the problem ]
the problem is the phone was stolen and its blocked by imei any how thanx again to ma help
