Default 250mb of data (Unlimited Fair Useage?)

How much data do you get through in a month? I've just got an unlimited data plan with orange which apparently is 250mb fair useage. Do you think i'd use more than that? I literally check CrackBerry and FaceBook. Is 250mb alot?

Crackberry, Google Maps, BBM, Push Email (I get a lot of emails about 100 per day), BB Weather (update every 30 min), Facebook, Myspace....

I think that is it....I think you would be hard pressed to exceed the 250... maybe it you tethered you laptop and used it to DL a bunch of files...

I've just got my bill through of last month. And wilh intensive emailing (business on the side) and checking websites I only got through 14 MB.

I was gobsmacked........

So i don't think you will ever hit the 250 MB.

I wish orange would be clearer about this as it puts people off having BBs with them!
Yes it is 250mb...but they neglect to mention (unless you ask) that bb plans are compressed- heavily compressed.
Very different from 250mb over, say, WAP.
I very much doubt you will get anywhere near the limit, so don't worry

You really won't ever reach that limit unless you tether your phone to your computer and use it as a modem. That's basically why they have that in place, because Orange doesn't want to allow that. Not sure why but obviously they don't. I have also heard that the limit is somewhat flexible and they will not mess with you as long as you do not go way over the limit and do so repeatedly. I don't not know this first hand, I just picked that up from other members here at Crackberry.
