What settings should I have on my phone to connect to wifi? | You might try just re-sending your service books. Also, I've noticed from time to time on my 8530 that the icon will be grey, but it will still show the wifi network that I'm connected to. e.g. "HOME." As long as you have wifi turned on, and it is showing the wifi network you are connected to, you are connected via wifi, even though the icon isn't white. Another way to check wifi connection would be to bring up your browser, and change it to "Hotspot". If you can browse the internet it means that you are wifi connected. If the browser says "you must have wifi services enabled...blah blah blah", that means your wifi isn't connected.
