Anyway, I want to connect to my home network on WiFi. I type in my key but it says Failed to connect to the network... Help?

Do you have a BlackBerry Data Plan?
Have you been able to connect to other WiFi access points?

Is a data plan BIS? If so, no I do not. But I have connected to open networks.

when you type in a password that you know is incorrect, do you get the exact same response? If it is different, then you know the password is correct, just something else is wrong. If it is exactly the same response, then it is possible the password you entered is incorrect.
