can someone please help me, i looked in the forum but cant really find a solution. A couple of days ago while busy on my phone i got a white screen so i did a battery pull, it rebooted half way and switched of compleetly so i pluged it into the charger and there it worked so its fully charged i unplugged it and half an hour later i get the white screen agian, so its happenning every half an hour now. i reloaded my OS aswell still the same problem,it will reboot fully when its on charge what could be the prob pls help

This usually doesn't end well when you get the "white screen of death." You can try this - from a forum thread: White screen of death is this a possible fix

get your battery checked out

a swollen or defective battery can also make your screen white. I've personally seen it with 8900, 9700 and 8520's
