Exclamation While updating OS my blackberry crashed and It's not recognized anymore
Hi,
I have a Blackberry Curve 8520 and while I was installing a OS update with Blackberry Desktop Software it went wrong..
and now Blackberry Desktop Software and also BBSAK doesn't recognize my device anymore.
And when I start my blackberry it says 'Reload Software 502' ..that means there's a fault with the Operating System.


So does anybody know what to do ?

The 8520 can only run 0S v5. There is not enough memory to hold 0S6.

Start with unplugging your BB, plug it back in and restart your PC.

"Reload Software 502" is an error code - where do you get OS 6 from any of the OP's post?

No, it was OS 5.. but halfway installation, Blackberry Desktop Software didn't recognize my device anymore.
