Whatsapp problem on my BB 85**

So I'm a newbie and this site has helped me many times before I registered so I trust it,umm,I have a BB 8520 and my problem is : I pulled the battery from my phone coz it froze,which it is doing a lot lately,so when I re-installed it, all my whatsapp conversation history disappeared,even though I didn't remove my memory card! just the battery,can I get my chat history back? Help

When you go into the Settings, and then Media Settings in Whatsapp, do you save your conversations? If not, you might be out of luck, but I'm not an expert on this.

the alrdy said the only way u can get them back is if u had enabled the option of saving history then if not then evrtime u reboot it will be gonna

Sadly, sometimes, even if you opted to save the history into your media card, the chat history can still go missing when battery pull is done. Believe me, it's happened 2-3 times with me before.

I was able to get back the history once before by accessing the files on my media card via PC and backing up, reformatting, and then copying back all the files into the media card. You could see if that works for you.
