Weird Spot on my Screen

I was trying to get an air bubble out of my screen protector and I added quite a bit of pressure onto the screen. Now the lcd has a kind of weird spot in it that you can see especially when you have a white screen (like the bbm screen), will this go away or is it permanent?

depending, if it has not gone away already, it is probably there to stay unfortunately.

Its a pressure spot. It won't go away. On my other 8520 it got hit at work and it made a spot on the LCD. Now I turn my phone to where the screen is facing my hip to prevent that from happening again.
