water in blackberry- but still an issue

hey can u help me plz, this is for my cousin who dropped her curve 8530 in the toilet, i took a vacum and sucked out all the water for like 45 mins, then i put the battery back in and it booted up and worked fine. now this morning i put the phone battery back in but it started up and about 3/4 of the loading it shut off, and it blinks about 2 times (red), i am thinking tht the battery is very low because when i booted the day before the battery was very low, do u know wht the blinking 2 leds mean?

Try a battery pull, holding escape/return on boot up if non of these work, as someone witha little more knowledge here
