I have an 8530, i cant get videos to play on regular websites such as weather. com military.com, you get the idea. if the screen says must update flash player, i cant update it. i do get you tube videos to play and video on my local news websites, must be a download or player to get regular old videos on websites to play, right? Greatly appreciate any help with this, thanks!!

the old BB phones dont have flash. You wont be able to watch them on your phone. You will have to upgrade to a bb10 phone to watch flash in the browser

thanks, your saying that i have to get another new phone, only had this for 3 weeks, or can the software be updated?

you will need a new phone. all current BB phones will not get updated to OS 10
