Upgrade.. software problems

Hello, can someone please tell me where i can find the latest download for my Daughters Curve 8520 shes on Vodaphone in the UK, we tried a few months ago to update from her version 4.6 via the Blackberry site and desktop software, but it doesn't seem to work, maybe i'm doing something wrong,can anyone help, many thanks Sue.

The easiest way would definitely be to hook it up again through the computer and allow it to search for the update.

If you wanted to do an OS upgrade by yourself to the latest official from the carrier you could head to blackberry.com and click on software and then you can find your carrier to grab the latest download.
