Trouble with bolt-on

Water damaged other phone, thank God the SIM Card survived it! Although even though the Sim Card is working, the SIM says I HAVE a bolt on, and when I text Balance to 20202 it agrees saying that I have 500MB left, plus it took £5.00 off me. Although I have added someone on BBM and they are not getting it and my browser wont load either..any help?

EDIT - Just for confusion clearance, I have a NEW PHONE on same SIM Card from last phone, as it is working (SIM)

did you activate the new phones IMEI and PIN on the BIS Account?

you can not just take the SIM and put it in the new phone

you need to remove the old phone and add the new one.
