    Default trackpad problem!

    My friend has the 8530 curve, and the trackpad just freezes, no clicks, no scrolls... However the buttons work(such as navigating with BB button or dialing numbers etc.) What's wrong with the track

    my 8530 works just fine tell your friend to try an update the os VIA options>advanced options>wireless update

    I think it's wrong of hardware. You can send your phone to store mobile care, they can check it for you! They will decide to fix or replace a new trackpad of course after the check, If it is fixed, it would be cheap! Good luck!
