    Question Sound Problem with BB Curve 8530

    I just got my new Curve 8530 and I can not get it to make any sound at all. I have checked everything I know to check. It is showing that the profile is on loud; but no sound is coming through. Does anyone have any ideas?

    Do a battery pull, there might be a problem on the media processor. If that doesn't fix it, it might be the speakers it self having some issues. Take it back to the store and see what they can do about it.
