Sms not where they are meant to be?
Hey.
I have a Curve 8520, and I have had it 2 years and it's been brilliant up until now!
Yesterday my phone just randomly went forward a day
and since then my bbm hasn't been working properly, I can't see any sent or received sms, to do that I have to go in to options - folders - received messages, which as you can imagine is quiet annoying and long!
I have pulled the battery 3 times since yesterday to no avail, I have tried checking the settings as advised by many of people on here and elsewhere on the net, and nothing seems to be working.
I have changed the date to the correct one, but since I did all my texts have been way up the conversation at times, same with my emails. It seems my phone is very confused (as am I). Even more confusing is that everything I have tried, some worked for others who had a similar problem, but nothing seems to be working for me.

Backup and security wipe then!
It takes only about 10 mins and you'll have your phone like before(without the problems).

But BACKUP FIRST!
Link phone to the computer, open Desktop Manager - File - Backup.
Then do a Sec Wipe.
After that, connect the phone again, open DM, and restore(it´s near the backup "button".

So you want him to restore the messages with dates that are the main issue right now. Interesting. Wouldn't restoring the data also restore the incorrectly dated messages?

Lolz, you may have a point, but leave it to the Wipe
Besides, by the she does the wipe/backup drill, it'll be day of the received messages.
