shortcut keys if trackpad doesnt work

my trackpad doesnt work and i want to change my profile picture for my blackbery messenger..i cannot scroll down to select the picture
please help

I found a solution to a similar problem I had with my trackpad on this forum. My trackpad would sometimes on its own keep scrolling down, to counter this I would press the back of the phone so that it makes better contact. So I searched and came across a permanent solution from this forum. Place a piece of cardboard between the Battery and the silver sim cover. I used a piece of paper and folded it a couple of times. If it's too thick then the back cover will not clip in place. Hope this helps your problem too. Unfortunately I don't think there are any shortcuts.
