PLEASE HELP ! Internet probblem (I have a data plan)
Okay , so I have been on the unlimited texts booster but I decided to swap to Internet booster to give it ago. I can now connect to the internet using but im not sure if it connecting via wi-fi or my data plan, but that is not the probblem. The probblem is, it lets me on the internet and to surf the web, also on my conncetion wizard i am connected to my wi-fi in my house, but when I try to go on the app store, it sais "!you are not connected to the wireless network." now I dont have a clue why it is saying that and that is what i need help with, all of the people i know with blackberrys their wi-fi symbol in the top right hand corner is illuminated when they are connected but mine is a dull grey, i think that is a large part of the probblem but i dont know what is causing it, can anyone help, sorry for my horrible spelling and grammar i am dyslexic and Google chrome spell check is not the best.
If anyone can help it would be GREAT !
Edit: also i had a lock that was closed in the top right corner and now it has opened and the internet has stopped working completely...

Is the Internet booster you have for a Blackberry device. If it is a standard internet plan it will not work. It must be the Blackberry Internet Service (BIS).
