Default phone frozen
i downloaded a theme from blackberry world but i cannot access the menu or anything, i also tried accessing the phone when trying to connect the phone to the laptop and tried to delete the them bit cannot do that either.

can someone please let me know if i should take me phone back to the shop or can someone from blackberry HELP me please.
