Phone freezes and won't respond

Hey,

I'm having a problem with my 8520, the phone wont respond correctly. The unlock key on top doesn't unlock the phone and i have to hold the end call key to make the phone respond. When it asks me to enter the password i can't as the S key doesn't work either (every other key does after ive pressed the end call key). This is the 2nd time this has happened and the 1st time it just rectified itself.

As far as im aware it hasnt got damp or wet, ive looked through the forum a fair bit and cant find much to do with only one key not working and the end call key making the phone respond!

If more info is needed just holla.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
