Phone Dead Not Starting

I was trying to hard reset my blackberry 8250 and the rebooting process is not completed. Its like 80% and it doesnt continue after 2 minutes the phone shuts down. can you help me with this. I have tried removing the battery for 5 minutes, also tried removing the simcard and memory card but still it wont push through. Then just today i have tried it again then the red light showed up and the phone wont start. Its really frustrating. It happened yesterday and until now I cant use my phone. I need help please Im just a new user so I dont know what to do.
