Password Help With Curve 8630 by Sprint

I have a Blackberry Curve 8630 w/ Sprint and recently I set my phone down for just a second and caught my 2 year old nephew playing with my it and when I got it out of his little hands my password does not work. I know if I enter the password wrong 10 times it will wipe out my phone and I will lose everything, I have not backed it up. I called Sprint and they are as helpful as my 2 year old nephew. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Is there a master password or anything? Thanks for your help.

You still might be able to hook it up to a computer and do a backup of it, then go from there.

You will still need to enter the password correctly if you connect it to a computer.

Unfortunately, there's no work around. There's no master password.

Well I guess I am just going to enter it wrong until it master resets. It sucks Im going to lose all my info though. Is there any way I can save some of my info to my computer without the password or am I just screwed?

You will have to enter the password even to backup via a computer.

Unfortunately, there's no work around.

Regular backup to a computer and/or using an app such as BlackBerry Protect to backup regularly are advisable precautions.
