Is Orange World free with BB on Orange Network

Today I bought the above phone. I've always been a customer of Orange because I love Orange World. But I can't find Orange World on my phone anywhere! Does anyone know how to locate it? And does it cost money? A friend says it will cost me £5 (on top of the £10 monthly top up)! I always like Orange World because it was free when you top up with your Dolphin package and I presumed it would be the same with this phone. I even explained to the woman in the shop that I use it for Orange World and asked her if it would cost more than my monthly top up and she said "no". She said I would get exactly the same as I am getting now but if I wanted extras like the BBM thing then it would cost £5 but I told her I don't need that. Please help me find Orange World on my phone. thanks
