Yes, this will work on any 8530 device.

So far I heard that the lightning bolt on the battery flashes now when it's charging. Seems they are starting to add even more eye candy.

Can't wait to get home and give her a try. Hope even better battery life. Man, mine draied FAST today. Don't know why. Been using .782, and had good battery life until today. Maybe just a fluke.

I haven't had a chance to install it yet, but I'll make sure to report back with my findings as soon as possible. Hopefully someone else can answer that question for you sooner than I can. The download is going insanely slow for me right now. I have about 28 minutes left on it.

I'm calling it now.....although RIM didn't say this, I think 6.0 will come to 8530. Even if it's a leak. I remember very well when we didn't think 5.0 would hit the 8330, then we got it.

I know this has nothing to do with this release, but it got me thinking....don't be surprised.

we are all hoping to see it.. if not our phones still work and im still happy.. so tiz whatit tiz.. your spot on with the 8330 5.0 drama.. i remember so many crackberrians swore it would never happen, but it did..

Noob question. How so you upgrade your blackberry os on the desktop manager version 6 because I don't see it know where and the step by step guide on this forum tell you how to do it from the desktop manager version 4.5. Also can I upgrade it from .654 to this current one and of course I have sprint
