Notification

I have a notification that has appeared that I cannot get rid of and don't know what it is. It appears beside the email notification but is blue (shaped like a quote) wiht a red star in the corner. Thank you.

I think you are right. The icon looks like the blackberry messenger message icon. When do I find this to get rid of the message. I don't think I have ever used before. Thank you.

Hold down the BB symbol button so that a list of apps comes up. Scroll through them and find the one that say "BlackBerry Messenger" and click on it. The app should open and just check if you have an add request or message.
