Default Need help w/ Opera Mini 6.0

I've been trying to figure out a way to download a large file to the SD card on my device (not to use, just to transfer to PC) and nothing I've read about seems to work. Tried the Net Ants app (posted in one of the forums here) and it didn't work. Read somewhere that Opera Mini will allow for large file downloads, so I got Opera Mini 6.0 and every time I've tried to download a file it fails.

Does anyone know how I can get Opera Mini 6.0 to download large files to my SD card like everyone claims it can?

    OR

Anyone know of another method as I've tried pretty much everything at this point?

Thanks in advance to anyone who replies!

I was able to download with Opera, just not a very big file, which is what I read it was good for and why I wanted it.

But its ok, I found a work around that ended up working out really well. Was able to download 600+MB from my BB internet browser to my SD card

    Thanks anyway!

How did you do that? Each time I've tried with BB Internet Browser(after making sure to choose my sd card), I've only been able to download like 25 megs

    I used this work around.

A bit tedious, but was worth the hassle for as often as I plan on using it

On a side issue, I am having trouble getting Opera onto my phone, storm 2 9550. I can't download directly from my phone and I have downloaded the zip file and tried to add it with desktop manager but desktop manager says its no compatible, what am I doing wrong?

At the risk of asking a stupid question, did you try both versions? Their site says your device supports two different ones...
