Default Need advanced tech help, 507 and other... nothing working

Please assist if you can, before I go further I've read every post and sticky, I've tried every known fix on two seperate computers. Looking for some tech support.

Blackberry 8520 was working fine, died. Wouldn't stay on with battery so a new one was purchased. I did test the old battery in another blackberry and it was in fact bad. With the new battery it loaded and went to the 507 error. No problem, loaded up the newest OS from Tmobile, updated desktop manager plugged it all in and it starts loading and always loses connection. I've tried both with battery in and out. Then moved on to just the loader.exe method, same deal no good. Tried with the vendor.xml deleted as well. Tried BSAK, wiped fine, but always says no OS found so not sure if it will load OS for you, but doesn't seem it. After wipe I think I had a 523 error at some point, but always goes back to the 507. Loader.exe still nothing, would start working and loading and the phone loses connection. I turned off the USB power shut off thing as well in devicemanager. Then tried JL_cmdr, wiped and factory reset and retried everything multiple times, nothing. Always gets going and cuts out while loading up and fails to reconnect JVM.

I spent a solid 4-5 hours straight trying to fix this last night. I feel like I've done everything, but I can't seem to figure out how to get past where it's cutting out on me. Is there any other way to get the OS loaded? I don't want to give up, but nothing seems to work. I appreciate any assistance offered.

How long did you let it charge after putting in the new battery?

I don't recall how long it charged. It stays lit up 507 displayed without shutting off when it's not plugged in and loading. I did leave it home on the charger so if it's not charged it will be charging all day. I wouldn't think that would be the issue if it would stay on by itself prior to trying to flash the software. Is there a specific battery level that it has to be over to prevent it from booting itself?

I'm not sure about that but it would be my next step. Make sure the battery is charged good. Seems I read something long ago about the battery needing a good charge.

Ok, I'll let it charge awhile then give it another run though. Is there any other software I can try? I'm more experienced with iphones and android and there is always various programs for the same thing. Seems I need something to force it through the software load. This is only the second blackberry I've flashed, I updated my wifes 6 months ago and it went fine. This one is a relatives and it just turned off one night and the next day it was bricked. I'd really like to save her the trouble of buying a new one.

I'm not on my lappy but if you know how to start loader.exe to run it instead of clicking on loader to run it you will have to open a cmd window to it's location and simply type

loader /nojvm

To start it.

Ran it from command prompt as you said but it still said loading jvm and failed to reconnect on initializing and the error popped up.

Sorry. Hope someone else can help you. I suppose it could just be a hardware failure also.

Good luck.

Got it. Had to run no battery then put it in at jvm reconnect then pull and put it back in and finally after 100 times it fired up and actually loaded. I smacked it once too maybe the hit put it back in line! Thanks for your help.
