I have installed desktop manager on my hp pavallion 6720. I am able to connect my bb via bluetooth but when i plug it in, for a second it starts charging and then there is no response nor its been detected by the pc. Please suggest me what to do. Also if my vista requires any driver for this please suggest

I seem to have better luck if I have the bb device manager loading at startup and sometimes it takes a reboot or to unplug it and plug it back in again. Not sure if you should be right clicking and doing run as admin.

Do you have the latest version? Try reinstalling.

I have an HP laptop, currently running Win7, but originally it had Vista, and it has never had a problem recognizing when my BB was plugged in. Drivers should load automatically.
