    Default Music Volume Buttons

    The other day, I replaced my screen and broke one of the volume button clips..
    Is there a way that I could change the volume with out the buttons, please help, Curve8520

    if you are saying that you broke one of the buttons inside the phone then they are very easy to replace. if you have changed the screen then you will definitely be able to do this. the 8520 uses generic blackberry buttons also used in other curves, some bolds etc so you can get 5 for £1.50 or so on ebay. if for whatever reason you cant get hold of these you can just swap the button contacts round with some of the less used buttons such as conveniece keys or media keys. to do this open your phone as you did to change screens and then take the middle rubbery chassis. simply pull the button contacts out and swap them. hope this helps

    thanks for that, I have swap the left convenience clip for the music one and it doesn't seem to work, I think ill just need to order more clips, as you said they come cheap!
