I am trying to send an MMS from my Blackberry Curve 8520 but it is not being sent.
Please help

The same happened to me recently and I still don't have an answer as to why it did. The problem went away with no fanfare or obvious reason. Have you tried a battery pull?

Try re-sending or turning off the mobile network and turning it on again
