 Lost all my login info
I can not recall my Blackberry ID and I also forgot my password, it seems. When I try to have the information sent to me by e-mail, my phone gives the error ID: 30637 and says "BlackBerry App World is having trouble connecting to the Blckberry App World server. It seems there is no way to recapture this information. Can somebody help me?
