Hello

My borther bought a bb 8520 and the app 523 error appears and i try to update or recover it with the apploader and according to the guide i was reading i saw the unknown pin on usb port and click next and nothing happen at all.....after that the phone screen show the icon of the battery and one big red X on it.....then the phone dont power on and the only thing it doesn is to red light blicking with the usb connected on pc or on the charger...I tried anything i find in my way and i didnt make any progress so i was wondering if someone can help me out fix my bro mobile phone?
